Chapter 30A, Section 21 to discuss strategy with respect to litigation regarding Michael Evans, et al. vs. Planning Board of the Town of Oxford, et al. (Land Court Case # 23 MISC 000134), if the chair so declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body. The Board will not reconvene in open session.
