Amend the Town of Oxford Zoning Map to extend the General Business (GB) Zoning District to include the properties identified as Assessor's Parcel Nos. 07-AA-01; 07-AA-01- 01; 07-AA-01-02; 07-AA-02; 07-AA-03; 07-AA-04; 07-AA-05; and 07-AA-06; and remove the North Oxford Business (NOB) Zoning District and all references thereto from the Map; 2. Amend the Zoning Bylaws to delete “North Oxford Business District NOB” from Chapter II, Section 1.0; delete Chapter V, Sections 1.5 and 1.6 in their entirety; and delete “NOB North Oxford Business” and all dimensional requirements for that district in Chapter X, Table 4; all as set forth more particularly in the document placed on file in the Office of the Town Clerk; or act thereon.
