Comments are limited to topics relating to the School Committee's areas of responsibility. Speaker: must identify themselves by name and address and will be allowed to speak for up to three (3) minutes. Although the School Committee may hear comments on unanticipated topics, discussion or action on topics not specifically listed on the agenda will be postponed until a future meeting date.

The Committee may move to enter Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c.30A, Section 21(a)(2) for the purpose of discussing strategy as it relates to contract negotiations with non-union personnel (Director of Student Services and Special Education) as an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the Committee, and the Committee will not reconvene in Open Session.
