Public Hearing for a Notice of Intent filed by Town of Oxford, in accordance with MGL, Chapter 131, Section 40, Wetlands Protection Act to manage excessive phosphorus and resulting algae and cyanobacteria blooms. The project will address eutrophication, improve aquatic habitats that support fish and wildlife species, and restore the natural capacity of the resource area and associated site work at Carbuncle Pond., Oxford, MA.
