State's Objection to Trailer Park Rules (Continuation)
16:07Skyline Trailer Park has been operating without a Manufactured Housing Permit since January 1st. The owner, Ken LeBlanc, doesn't believe he needs a permit due to only having two trailers being occupied. At October's meeting, the Board requested to have Regional Inspector Doug Mercurio visit the property to confirm how many trailers are being occupied. The Board will be updated with his findings.
