Special Permit and Site Plan Approval applications submitted by Boulder Park Realty LLC (applicant/owner) to allow for the construction of a self-storage facility with associated parking and site work at 16-18 Boulder Park Way located in the Industrial Zoning District. This item is continued from the meeting of March 27, 2023.
To see if the Town will vote to amend Chapter VII: Flood Plain District of the Oxford Zoning By-laws. The amendment seeks to replace certain provisions of the chapter to ensure compliance with new requirements of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This public hearing is pursuant to MGL Chapter 40A, Section 5, therefore the Board may make a report with a recommendation to the Annual Town Meeting to be held on May 3, 2023.
The Board may make recommendations for the May 3, 2023, Annual Town Meeting consistent with the Town Charter (2-3-8); pertinent Articles include #13 (8 Sutton Ave.), #14 (Easements), and #20 (Flood Plain District).
