The Committee may move to enter Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c.30A, Section 21(a)(2) for the purpose of discussing strategy as it relates to contract negotiations with non-union personnel (Director of Student Services and Special Education) as an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the Committee, and the Committee will not reconvene in Open Session.
