Mr. Ronald Donaghy (applicant/homeowner) is seeking a Special Permit to allow for the construction and occupancy of a 1,000 sq. ft. addition for use as an in-law apartment attached to the existing single-family dwelling at the property. The site is located within the R-1 Residential Zoning District.

Access is provided by a shared common driveway with the abutting property on Lot 3. The proposed project is on property located at 0 Leicester Street (Lot 4), Oxford, MA in the General Business (GB) Zoning District owned by Expedition Realty Trust by deed recorded with the Worcester District Registry of Deeds, Book 57487, Page 259, and shown on Assessors Map 03, Parcel A03.
Special Permit and Site Plan Review applications submitted by Daniel Clinton to allow for the proposed construction of two 7,500 sq. ft. contractor buildings and 1,500 sq. ft. storage structure, access driveway and other associated site work. Access is provided by a shared common driveway with the abutting property on Lot 4. The proposed project is on property located at 82 Leicester Street, Oxford, MA in the General Business (GB) Zoning District owned by the applicant by deed recorded with the Worcester District Registry of Deeds, Book 68757, Page 353, and shown on Assessors Map 06A, Parcel B16.05.
