The request is to release several lots as shown on the Definitive Subdivision Plan for History Estates (approved April 25, 2022) pursuant to the Planning Board's Subdivision Rules & Regulations and MGL Ch. 41 (as applicable).
Pursuant to the provisions of the Oxford Zoning By-Law, Chapter V: Commercial Districts, Table II: Uses Allowed in Commercial Districts - "All Other Uses Consistent with the Intent of the Chapter," Chapter XV: Site Plan Review, and Chapter XIV: Special Permits, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing regarding the plans and applications submitted by 338 Main LLC. The proposal is to construct a 6,100 sq. ft. building with appurtenant parking, landscape improvements and septic system. The proposed project is located at 168 Main Street, Oxford, MA in the General Business (GB) Zoning District.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Oxford Zoning By-Law, Chapter VI, Table III, Uses in an Industrial District, All Other Uses Consistent with the Intent of the Chapter, and Chapter XV, Projects Requiring Review, the Planning Board will hold a continued Public Hearing on Special Permit and Site Plan Review & Approval regarding the plans and applications submitted by Boulder Park Realty LLC to allow for the construction of a self-storage facility with associated parking and site work on property located at 16- 18 Boulder Park Way, North Oxford, MA in the Industrial (I) Zoning District.
The Planning Board will enter into Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21 to discuss strategy with respect to litigation regarding Michael Evans, et al. vs. Planning Board of the Town of Oxford, et al. (Land Court Case # 23 MISC 000134), if the chair so declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body. The Board will not reconvene in open session.
